Pre-Payment:
If you choose payment in advance, we will send you our bank details in a separate e-mail. Your order will be shipped after receipt of payment.

Credit Card (MasterCard / Visa):
By submitting your order, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

PayPal:
To pay via PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment. The payment will be processed immediately upon placing the order.

Klarna:
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (“Klarna”), we offer you the following payment options. Klarna payment is available to consumers only. Unless otherwise stated, Klarna requires a successful address and credit check, and payments are made directly to Klarna. You will receive further details during the checkout process.

Sofort by Klarna:
To pay via Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, you must have an online banking-enabled account, identify yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment. Your account will be debited immediately upon placing the order. You will receive further instructions during the checkout process.

Payment at Pickup:
You may pay the invoice with debit card upon collection.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Information

At Avyness, we carefully package and ship all orders to addresses within Germany.
Shipping is generally free of charge unless otherwise specified.

Notes:
• Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed in your cart and during the checkout process.
• If your order includes items from different categories (e.g. plants & furniture) or from different warehouses, partial deliveries may occur.
• Freight deliveries are made to curbside only. Additional delivery options (e.g. delivery into your home) are available upon request for an extra fee.
This also applies to any insurance or special costs related to the shipment of unique pieces, artworks, or vintage furniture.

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective product description, deliveries within Germany are usually made within 5–14 business days.
If your order includes items with different delivery times, we will ship the products in separate shipments.
Delivery times for unique pieces, artworks, or bulky items will be communicated separately and agreed upon individually.

Please note:
No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

Returns & Return Shipping
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with our Return Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please ensure that returned items are properly packaged and sent with a trackable shipping method. For further information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions under Section 10.

Special note for bulky items:
Returns of items delivered by freight or classified as bulky may require special return arrangements. Please contact us in advance to coordinate the return process for such items (see Terms and Conditions, Section 10).
Depending on the product and supplier, the return address may differ from our company address. The correct return address will be provided during the return request process.

Important:
Returns that are incomplete, used, damaged, or not properly packaged may result in a reduction of the refunded amount. Plants are excluded from returns.
