Shipping Costs & Delivery Information
At Avyness, we carefully package and ship all orders to addresses within Germany.
Shipping costs are based on the weight, volume, and shipping method of your order and are structured as follows:
Shipping Class A
(Small & lightweight — e.g. small plants, decorative items, accessories)
Shipping fee: €15.00
For orders up to 2 kg
Shipping Class B
(Medium-sized — e.g. larger plants, medium plant pots, small furniture, textiles)
Shipping fee: €25.00
For orders from 2.1 kg to 15 kg
Shipping Class C (Freight / Bulky goods)
(Large & bulky — e.g. furniture, large plant pots, large orders)
Shipping fee: €69.00
For orders over 15 kg or for items that require freight shipping due to size
Notes:
• Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed in your cart and during checkout.
• For orders that include products from different categories (e.g. plants & furniture) or from different warehouses, partial deliveries may occur. In this case, shipping costs are only charged once per order.
• Freight deliveries (Shipping Class C) are made to curbside only. Additional delivery services (e.g. inside delivery) are available upon request for an extra fee.

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) is made within 3–4 working days, and international delivery within 3–6 working days after conclusion of the contract (or after payment is received in the case of advance payment).
If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in one shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
The delivery time for individual items, artworks, and bulky goods is determined individually upon order.
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
Returns & Return Shipping
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with our Return Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods to us or to the respective supplier.
Return shipments must be properly packaged and shipped with a trackable service.
Special note for bulky items:
Returns of freight-shipped or bulky items (Shipping Class C) may require special return arrangements. Please contact us in advance to coordinate the return process for such items.
In some cases, depending on the product and supplier, the return address may differ from our company address. We will provide you with the correct return address when processing your return request.
Important:
Returns that are incomplete, used, damaged, or not properly packaged may result in a reduction of the refunded amount.
